Product Overview
The CHO Residual DNA Detection Kit is a reagent kit used for the quantitative detection of residual CHO host cell DNA in various bioproducts, including intermediates, semi-finished products, and finished products. This kit utilizes the TaqMan fluorescence probe principle to quantitatively detect CHO residual DNA in samples. The detection is fast, highly specific, and reliable, with a minimum detection limit as low as fg levels. This kit is used in conjunction with the host cell residual DNA sample pretreatment kit (Catalog No: HBP003604) to accurately quantify trace amounts of CHO cell DNA in samples. The CHO DNA quantification reference material included in the kit is traceable to the national standard. This kit is intended for research use only and is not for clinical use. This detection method can be traced back to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia method, General Chapter <3407>.
