This reagent kit utilizes the qPCR detection principle with TaqMan fluorescent probes to quantitatively measure the residual DNA of CHO cells in bioproducts such as recombinant proteins, antibodies, vaccines, and others. The detection is rapid and highly specific. This kit is for research use only and is not intended for clinical use.
This detection method can be traced back to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia method, General Chapter <3407>.
Storage Conditions and Shelf Life
1. Shelf Life: 24 months under specified storage conditions.
2. Transportation and Storage: For long-term storage, please store at -20°C. During transportation, place it in dry ice or ice packs.
