dNTP mix - 25mM

This product is colorless liquid solution. It is suitable for various conventional molecular biology experiments such as PCR amplification, real-time PCR, cDNA or common DNA synthesis, DNA sequencing and labeling. It can be diluted with ultra-pure water, and adjusted to pH 7.0 with high-purity NaOH solution, with purity ≥ 99% (HPLC). After detection, it does not contain DNase, RNase and phosphotase. It can be directly used in various conventional molecular biological reactions such as PCR.

Shipping and Storage

Instruction： Transport with ice bags and store at -20 ℃. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing, and the product is valid for 2 years.

Notes

1. It can be dissolved at room temperature. After dissolution, it should be stored in an ice box or ice bath. After use, it should be stored at -20 ℃ immediately.
