This kit is based on self-developed magnetic beads with high separation efficiency. With a unique buffer system, it can extract trace DNA fragments from less than 200 μL of biological product samples, including host cell DNA (CHO, Vero, NS0, MDCK, etc.). The purified nucleic acid can be used for various routine operations, including PCR, RT-PCR, fluorescent quantitative PCR, and various downstream experiments.

This kit can be stored at room temperature for up to 12 months.
