This reagent kit utilizes the TaqMan fluorescence probe qPCR detection principle for the quantitative measurement of residual Vero cell DNA in bioproducts such as recombinant proteins, antibodies, vaccines, and others. The detection is fast, with high specificity. It is intended for research purposes only and is not suitable for clinical use.
This detection method can be traced back to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia method, General Chapter <3407>.
Storage Conditions and Shelf Life
1. Shelf Life: 24 months under specified storage conditions.
2. Transportation and Storage: For long-term storage, please store at -20°C. During transportation, place it in dry ice or ice packs.
